1. Play money only — this is not gambling

Neon Aces is a free-to-play entertainment site. All chips are virtual play money. Chips have no cash value, are not currency, property, or a financial instrument, and can never be redeemed, cashed out, exchanged, transferred, sold, or converted into money or anything else of value — no matter how they were obtained. Nothing you can win here has real-world value.

2. Chip purchases are final and one-way

You can optionally buy chip packs to top up your balance. Purchases are a one-way transaction: money buys chips, chips never turn back into money. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. Chips stay attached to your account and cannot be moved to another account. Purchasing is never required to play — free chips are available daily.

3. Age

Chip purchases are for players 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). By purchasing you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Fair play

Game outcomes for signed-in players are generated on our servers. Crash rounds publish a SHA-256 commitment before the round starts so you can verify the outcome wasn't changed mid-round. Attempting to exploit, automate, or manipulate the games, the API, or other players is prohibited.

5. Your account

You're responsible for your account and keeping its password to yourself. We may reset balances, remove leaderboard entries, or suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or abuse the service. Chips carry no value, so a reset or removal is not a loss of property.

6. The service

The service is provided as-is, for fun. We may change games, odds, chip amounts, or features, or take the site offline, at any time. We are not liable for lost chips, downtime, or anything else arising from a free entertainment site, to the maximum extent the law allows.

7. Healthy play

8. Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes with them. Playing after a change means you accept the new terms.
